A Bridge to Family

Your parents are there. You are here.
Pol is the bridge.

A dedicated, vetted Case Manager visits your parents in Iran every week — managing medication, doctor visits, and daily needs — and sends you a video report you can actually see. When something happens, we are the first call.

Just a 15-minute conversation with our POL team, in Persian or English — then you'll have peace of mind knowing your loved one is not alone.

We know the feeling

The distance is measured in worry, not kilometers.

You call every day. But a phone call can't see the unfilled prescription, the unpaid bill, or the fall that happened yesterday.

  • Every late-night ring stops your heart. You need someone on the ground who answers before you even have to ask.
  • Work, children, visas, cost. The guilt of distance is real — but presence can be delegated to someone you trust.
  • You won't hand your mother's care to an ad on Instagram. Every Pol Case Manager is background-checked, trained, and supervised — and you meet them first.

How Pol works

One person. Every week. Fully reported.

۱

Meet your Case Manager

We match your family with a vetted, trained Case Manager in Tehran, Karaj, or Mashhad. You meet them on a video call before anything begins — and your parents approve them too.

۲

They visit. You see everything.

Scheduled home visits, medication checks, doctor accompaniment, errands, and companionship. After every week, a structured video and written report arrives on your phone.

۳

When it matters, we're first

A 24/7 emergency line connects your parents to their Case Manager. If something happens, we respond, coordinate, and call you — in minutes, not days.

Why we built this

We built Pol because we live this. One of us is in Tehran, one of us is in Canada — and our own parents are the reason this company exists. Every protocol, every report template, every hire is designed the way we would want it for our own mother.

The Pol founding team

POL is a managed family support and care coordination service for Iranian families living abroad who want trusted, professional oversight and human support for their aging parents and loved ones in Iran.

Questions families ask us

Everything you'd want to know first

Every Case Manager passes a background check, in-person interviews, and our training program before meeting any family. Most have nursing, social work, or caregiving backgrounds. Their work is supervised weekly by our operations lead in Tehran.
Not exactly. Pol provides companionship, oversight, and coordination. When your parents need clinical care (injections, wound care, physiotherapy), we arrange and supervise licensed providers, accompany your parents, and report everything back to you. You get one accountable point of contact for all of it.
This is the most common concern, and we designed for it. Pol Case Managers don't arrive as "caregivers" — they arrive as a respectful, warm presence your family chose: someone who brings the groceries, shares tea, helps with the pharmacy trip. Dignity comes first. Most parents come to look forward to the visits within a few weeks.
We currently serve Tehran, Karaj, and Mashhad, where our team is based and supervised directly. More cities are planned — join the list and tell us where your parents live, and we'll notify you when we reach them.
