Questions families ask us

Everything you'd want to know first

Every Case Manager passes a background check, in-person interviews, and our training program before meeting any family. Most have nursing, social work, or caregiving backgrounds. You meet them on a video call before service starts — and if it isn't a fit, we match you with someone else. Their work is supervised weekly by our operations lead in Tehran.
You pay by card in USD or CAD to our North American company — like any other subscription. You never send money to Iran, and there is nothing for you to figure out. Simple, clean, and compliant.
No — and that's deliberate. Pol provides companionship, oversight, and coordination. When your parents need clinical care (injections, wound care, physiotherapy), we arrange and supervise licensed providers, accompany your parents, and report everything back to you. You get one accountable point of contact for all of it.
This is the most common concern, and we designed for it. Pol Case Managers don't arrive as "caregivers" — they arrive as a respectful, warm presence your family chose: someone who brings the groceries, shares tea, helps with the pharmacy trip. Dignity comes first. Most parents come to look forward to the visits within a few weeks.
