Pol is a managed family support service designed for Iranians living abroad who want trusted, professional oversight for their aging parents in Iran.

Every family is assigned a dedicated Case Manager — a carefully vetted and trained professional who serves as the family's eyes, ears, and hands on the ground. Through regular in-person visits, structured reporting, and proactive coordination, we help families stay informed, connected, and confident about their loved one's wellbeing.

Our Case Managers visit parents on a defined schedule, provide weekly updates through written reports, photos, and short videos, coordinate medical appointments, monitor medication routines, assist with everyday errands, and act as the first point of response during emergencies.

Pol is not a technology platform or marketplace. It is a high-touch human service built on accountability, consistency, and trust. We combine compassionate personal support with disciplined reporting and professional care coordination, giving families abroad a single point of contact who truly knows their parent and understands their needs.
